Last week I mentioned Beau Jo’s Challenge. Beau Jo’s is a Colorado restaurant chain. They sell pizza by the pound. At the top of their menu is the Challenge: a $75, 12-14 pound hamburger-sausage combo pizza with a 16" crust. If two persons can eat it in one hour, the meal is free. Victors also receive a $100 cash prize and celebratory T-shirts.
